Continuing its disposition of non-core assets in anticipation of starting 2016 as a REIT, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: FCEA and FCEB) announced it has agreed to sell its portfolio of 15,000 military housing units in eight states to privately owned investment company Hunt Companies, Inc.
