Ignyta Inc. entered into a lease with BioMed Realty Trust for 62,472 rentable square feet of office and laboratory space at 4545 Towne Centre Court and another 32,674 square feet at 4535 Towne Centre Court, both in in San Diego. The lease term for both premises will commence by October 2016.
