Tri-United Sells Stores for $24.3 Million

The Walmart and former Sam Club’s store located within the Marketplace of Rolling Meadows in Rolling Meadows, IL have been acquired by a venture led by Chicago investor Gus Danleh for $24.3 million, or approximately $94 per square foot.
