Downtown Properties Holdings LLC sold the historic One Bunker Hill Building at 601 W. 5th St. in Los Angeles, CA for $92 million, or about $323 per square foot. Lionstone Investments partnered with downtown developer Rising Realty Partners and Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Ltd. on the purchase. Rising will manage the property.
