Falls Village Shopping Center Sells for $39.5 Million

Stockbridge Capital Group Closes on T.J. Maxx-Anchored Center in North Raleigh

A real estate fund managed by San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group acquired the Falls Village Shopping Center at 6659 Falls of Neuse Rd in Raleigh, NC from RCG Ventures of Atlanta and DRA Advisors of New York for $39.5 million, or approximately $208 per square foot. This is about 72% more than the sellers paid for the property when they purchased it in 2012.
