Tri-County Town Center Sells for $24.3 Million

Firm Led By New York Times Bestseller Buys Hobby Lobby-Anchored Shopping Center in Cincinnati

Charles C. Gilhart Jr. Inc., an entity representing five siblings, late last month sold the Tri-County Town Center in Cincinnati to ACF Property Management, a Studio City, CA-based commercial real estate asset management company founded in 1968 by New York Times bestselling author Alan C. Fox, for $24.3 million, or approximately $117 per square foot.
