Deutsche banks on CBRE for 40m sq ft global role

Deutsche Bank has appointed CBRE to a multi-million pound contract to oversee its 40m sq ft occupational property portfolio across the globe, replacing JLL which has been advising the bank in the role since 2002, CoStar News can reveal.

The transaction management contract will run for three years initially, before potentially being retendered again. CBRE will advise on all aspects of Deutsche Bank’s operational portfolio of offices, including transaction management and lease administration. Whilst the contract covers all of the German bank’s offices around the world, most of the real estate is located in Europe.
