St. Louis Park Place, an entity related to Minnesota-based investor Scott Weber, acquired the 48-unit Groveland Terrace Apartments in Maple Grove, MN, from Premier Real Estate Management for $6.05 million, or about $126,000 per unit. The transaction was a part of a 1031 Exchange.
