Olympus Property Closes $43.5 Million Acquisition of Wimberly at Deerwood in Jacksonville

Strikes Deal with Behringer-Led Venture for 322-Unit Apt. Community

Olympus Property, a Fort Worth, TX-based investment and property management company that currently owns and manages 11,000 units across eight states, secured its fourth investment in the Jacksonville market with the purchase of the 322-unit Wimberly at Deerwood Apts. from Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT II and ApexOne Investment Partners for $43.5 million, or approximately $135,000 per unit.
