A Sacramento, California, building company has signed a deal for new headquarters. Mark III Construction, founded 49 years ago and providing electrical, mechanical and plumbing services, has a 10-year, seven-month lease for 320,000 square feet across four bays, including 34,000 square feet of office space, in the McClellan Park area of Sacramento County, a few miles northeast of the city.
