Walton Street Capital, Lane Partners Sell Sunnyvale Crossing to CBRE Global Investors

CBRE Global Investors (NYSE: CBG) purchased Sunnyvale Crossing in Sunnyvale, CA from Menlo, CA-based Lane Partners and equity partner Walton Street Capital out of Chicago for $117 million, or approximately $443 per square foot.
