Carlisle Corp Divests Retail Bldg for $2.9M

Clayton Acquires Net Leased Greensboro Investment

London-based Clayton Finanace Ltd. purchased the retail building at 3103 Sands Dr. in Greensboro, NC from Carlisle Corporation for $2.88 million, or about $805 per square foot. The 3,572-square-foot building was constructed in 1983 and is situated on almost one acre in the NE Guilford Country submarket. Wendy's is currently operating at the building on a 20-year, triple-net lease signed in 2014.
