In one of the largest office lease deals in Boston this year, educational and trade publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (NYSE: HMHC) signed a 16-year lease for 162,000 square feet that will see the company move its headquarters from Boston’s Back Bay to the High Street Tower at 125 High St. in downtown Boston.
