CIM Group Finalizes Sale of Oakland Marriott City Center

Firm Has Now Sold Off 908 Hotel Rooms in 2015

Los Angeles-based CIM Group continues to trim its national portfolio, this time with the sale of the 489-room Marriott City Center in downtown Oakland to a joint venture comprised of Apollo Management Holdings and DiNapoli Capital Partners. The hotel sold for $80.4 million, or approximately $166,000 per key.
