Transwestern Acquires Two-Bldg. Lincoln Towne Centre in Scottsdale

Equus Capital Partners Sells Office Buildings for $58.5 Million

Transwestern Strategic Partners, the discretionary investment management arm of Dallas-based Transwestern Investment Group, acquired the two-building Lincoln Towne Centre office property at 4150 and 4250 N. Drinkwater Blvd. in Scottsdale, AZ from Equus Capital Partners Ltd. for $58.5 million, or about $259 per square foot. Transwestern made the acquisition on behalf of its TSP Value and Income Fund.
