Inova Health System has agreed to take over the 1.2 million-square-foot former ExxonMobil headquarters building at 3225 Gallows Road under a longterm ground lease. The 117-acre campus, which was mothballed after ExxonMobil decided to consolidate in a new headquarters complex near Houston, is located directly across the street from Inova’s flagship hospital at 3300 Gallows Road.
