The latest New Orleans jobs report for June was a welcome sign of employment growth after the market lost jobs in May. While the Crescent City added 4,300 jobs in June according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment has been on a bit of a roller coaster throughout 2021 and year to date the area is still down 400 jobs on balance.
