The company is set to occupy 29,140 square feet beginning in the third quarter.
The property is owned by Dix Metals, a manufacturer of aluminum and stainless steel machine-ready blanks that also provides precision grinding and milling services to customers across the country. Dix Metals occupies the balance of the same Huntington Beach building and has served a range of industries since its founding in 1972, offering custom-cut metals and related material solutions. It has owned this property since its construction in 1999.
