Rosemont, IL-based White Oak Realty Partners, in a joint venture with New York City-based investment firm Angelo, Gordon & Co., closed on its previously announced acquisition of 200 W. Jackson Blvd. in downtown Chicago from AREA Property Partners for $73.25 million, or about $150 per square foot.
