Idaho-based Sunrise Holdings, in a joint venture with Lantern Asset Management and Resort Finance America, late last month finalized its acquisition of Hyatt Escala Lodge, a AAA Four Diamond, ski-in/out, luxury mountain resort located in Park City, UT. Financials of the deal were not disclosed.
