Specialist real estate lender Leumi UK has provided a £39.1 million senior debt facility to a joint venture portfolio managed by Praxis Capital, a privately owned investor and manager of UK real estate, and Veld Capital, a privately owned European investment firm, to refinance a portfolio of six office assets across Greater London and the South East.
