Following its February acquisition of the Sweetgrass Landing apartments in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, for $55.5 million, Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company Continental Realty Corp. made its sixth property purchase in the Charleston metropolitan area with the $17 million acquisition of Sweetgrass Corner, a nearly 90,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 1909 N Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant through one of its private equity funds.
