University of Dayton, Concord Hospitality Pays $18.5M for Dayton Marriott

The University of Dayton teamed up with Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. to purchase the 399-room Dayton Marriott in Dayton, OH for $18.5 million, or about $46,000 per room.
