Private Investor Acquires 110-Unit Apartment Complex in Citrus Heights for $22.7 Million

Chicago-based 29th Street Capital sold the 110-unit Sierra Square Apartments at 8059 Targa Circle in Citrus Heights, California, to a private investor for nearly $22.73 million, or about $207,000 per unit.
