An eight-unit multifamily property in Laguna Beach, California, has sold for $9 million, or just above $1.1 million per unit. The San Diego-based developer Pacifica Cos. purchased the apartments from Avant Real Estate, a developer in Vernon, California, making for Orange County's priciest per-unit multifamily sale since 2022.
