Sentio Healthcare Properties Pays $9.7 Million for Spring Village of Wildewood

WoodBine Selected to Operate 48-Unit Senior Living Community

Orlando-based REIT, Sentio Healthcare Properties, Inc. acquired a 48-unit senior living community in California, MD for $9.65 million, or about $48 per square foot. Spring Village of Wildewood was constructed about 60 miles south of Washington D.C. at 23185 Milestone Way in St. Mary's County. Completed in May 2014, the 200,000-square-foot healthcare facility consists of single-family and multifamily residences age-restricted at 55+.
