Wexford Science & Technology, a BioMed Realty Trust (NYSE: BMR) company, will develop another 283,000 square feet of laboratory and office space at Wake Forest Innovation Quarter in downtown Winston-Salem, NC, and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center has committed to a long-term lease for 60% of the project.
