Driscoll Foods acquired the Mid-Hudson Logistics Center, a 333,386-square-foot industrial cold storage facility at 1 Van Bergen Lane in West Coxsackie, New York, from Winstanley Enterprises for $43 million. The transaction was structured as an owner-user acquisition.
