Micor Development, a Chicago-based developer and investor, has acquired the Walgreens Pharmacy at 320 S. Scatterfield Rd. in Anderson, IN from Anchor Properties, Inc., a Kentucky-based retail developer, for $4.85 million, or about $355 per square foot.
