Blackstone Group, which announced just last week it will sell its IndCor Properties Inc. warehouse subsidiary for $8.1 billion, has struck a separate deal to sell its office holdings in the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley, a major part of the office portfolio Blackstone kept after acquiring Equity Office Properties in the largest deal of the last real estate cycle.
