Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund ("DPF") (NYSE: ZDPFEX) (NYSE: ZDPFAX) (NYSE:ZDPFWX) (NYSE:ZDPFIX), a public reporting, daily NAV REIT headquartered in Denver, expanded its East Coast holdings with the acquisition of Salt Pond Shopping Center at 91 Point Judith Rd. in Narragansett, RI for $39.2 million, or approximately $211 per square foot.
