City Corporation Backs Plans To Turn London Wartime Shelters Into Cultural Attraction

The City of London Corporation’s Planning and Transportation Committee has approved proposals to change the use of the deep-level underground wartime shelter tunnels under High Holborn in London's Midtown into a visitor and cultural attraction.
