The Commons at Liberty Falls Trades for $5.3 Million

A private local investor purchased a 40,000-square-foot retail building in Liberty Township, Ohio, from a private investor near Dayton. The Commons at Liberty Falls sold for $5.28 million, or about $132 per square foot.
