[EXCLUSIVE] Oiko Gestion expands, adds to its range of services and recruits

A property and asset management player created in 2017, Oiko Gestion continues to expand and was recently entrusted with the management of the 43 assets in Carac's real estate portfolio, as well as build-to-rent projects led by Invesco Real Estate and a German asset manager. By January^1, 2024, Oiko Gestion's portfolio totaled 7,500 lots with a value of around €3.5 billion under management.
