Equinox, an American luxury fitness company and health club, has signed a 35,000-square-foot lease within The Ombelle, a proposed development in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Ombelle is being promoted as a transformative urban destination, with striking architectural design, upscale residences and an abundance of amenities. The project will feature two 43-story towers.
