RPD Catalyst Sells 278,000 SF in Maplewood

GDA Real Estate Services LLC acquired the Birch Run Station shopping center at 1715-1749 Beam Ave. in Maplewood, MN from RPD Catalyst LLC for $27.35 million, or about $98 per square foot. The 278,347-square-foot community shopping center was built in 1989 on 35.7 acres in the Maplewood Retail submarket of Ramsey County. It is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Marshalls, and Savers / Value Village. The asset was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
