California Firm Secures State Farm and Bank of America Office Buildings in Suburban Dallas

San Francisco-based Spear Street Capital acquired four Class A office buildings in Richardson, TX facing looming vacancy as lead tenants as State Farm and Bank of America have recently leased space in new buildings. Champion Partners and Long Wharf Real Estate Partners sold the North Dallas office property for an undisclosed price.
