Interstate Equities Corp. (IEC), a Los Altos, CA-based investor in multifamily communities throughout California, purchased the 68-unit apartment building at 126 W. Ahwanee Ave. in Sunnyvale, CA for $16.1 million, or approximately $237,000 per unit. IEC purchased the asset on behalf of IEC Fund X and IEC Fund XI.
