Front Range Village is under new ownership after Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT), a publicly-traded REIT headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, acquired the Fort Collins, CO regional mall from local firm Bayer Properties Management for $128.3 million.
