Faris Lee Investments Handles Both Sides of Transaction

GDA Real Estate Services, a Colorado-based developer and owner, acquired two shopping centers in Kenwood, OH from Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate and P&P Real Estate for $32.035 million, or about $380 per square foot. GDA was in a 1031 Exchange.
