Nimble Storage, a leading Silicon Valley flash storage solutions company, is expanding its East Coast operations. The company signed a lease with a joint venture between Grubb Properties and Philadelphia-based real estate fund manager Rubenstein Partners for the majority of Newcastle South, a signature office building in Durham’s prestigious Imperial Center campus.
