Collett Industrial, a subsidiary of Charlotte, North Carolina-based commercial real estate firm Collett that invests in and develops industrial properties in the southeastern U.S., is partnering with an Oklahoma-based investment firm on its latest project, a 210,600-square-foot speculative industrial building under construction in the Carolina Pines Industrial Park in Blythewood, South Carolina, just north of Columbia.
