Janoura Realty & Management Buys Yamato Village Center for $6.5M

Coldwell Banker and Dratax Corp. Close Deal on 30,000 SF Retail Center

Florida-based investment company Janoura Realty & Management Inc. acquired the Yamato Village Center at 9101 Lakeridge Blvd. in Boca Raton, FL, from Dratax Corp. for $6.5 million, or about $220 per square foot. Delivered in 1996, the 30,000-square-foot center is home to several retailers such as Doris Italian Market & Bakery, Supercuts, and Tomasso’s Pizza, according to CoStar information. At the time of sale, the shopping center was 100% occupied. Harry Zuker of ComNet Realty Inc., represented the buyer, while Ron Kent of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller.
