630,000-SF Shopping Center Sells in Cincinnati/Dayton Market

Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) acquired the 630,000-square-foot Bridgewater Falls shopping center in the northern Cincinnati suburb of Hamilton OH, from Phillips Edison & Co. for $85.5 million, or approximately $170 per square foot.
