Commerce Capital Partners Sells Landmark at Kendall Manor

A joint venture between BRT Realty Trust, a New York-based REIT, and Elco Holdings, Ltd., a national developer based in Israel, acquired the 272-unit Landmark at Kendall Manor community in Houston from Commerce Capital Partners for $15.3 million, or about $56,250 per unit.
