Demand for life science space in Boston shows no signs off slowing as Vertex Pharmaceuticals confirmed it plans to occupy a new 344,000-square-foot facility to be built across the street from its just-opened cell and genetic therapy research and manufacturing facility in Boston’s Seaport District.
