Primestor Acquires Mixed-Use Property for Redevelopment in Whittier

Primestor Development, Inc. purchased the former FAMSA complex at 4571-4591 Whittier Blvd., 760 S. McBride Ave. and 755 S. McDonnell Ave. in Whittier, CA for $5.5 million, or about $99 per square foot, from a group of private investors.
