Beverly Hills, CA-based BIG Shopping Centers USA has acquired a 90% stake in the Creekwood Commons Shopping Center in Kansas City for an undisclosed amount. Copaken Brooks, which previously held 100% interest in the center, will now hold a 10% interest but continue to manage the leasing.
