The first buildings in the Meridian Commerce Park are ready for occupancy, delivering Class A industrial space to a rapidly emerging logistics and business hub in the Boise/Nampa region of Idaho.
The project, in Meridian, Idaho, is CoStar’s Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year for Boise/Nampa, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
Meridian Commerce Park, a partnership between AT Industrial and Sawtooth Development Group, will eventually encompass 10 to 15 buildings on a 120-acre industrial campus. It is located at a productive junction, near Interstate 84 and 10 Mile Road, giving tenants quick access to transportation routes.
About the project: Meridian Commerce Park is part of a 120-acre master-planned industrial campus. Four of the buildings, at 4850-4886 West Grand Mogul Drive, recently became available for lease. The buildings total 92,500 square feet of space. The park is a short drive from major retail establishments, including FedEx and Amazon.
What the judges said: "It's integration of advanced production technology, energy-efficient systems, and accelerated delivery demonstrates broader market impact and long-term strategic value beyond a typical industrial park expansion,” said Drey Campbell, principal at Lee & Associates.
They made it happen: Several development professionals led the project. From AT Industrial: Aaron Lake, managing partner. From Colliers Industrial Brokerage Services are Devin Ogden, partner; Jack Cosca, broker; and Michelle Ogden, director, brokerage services.
