Hornig Capital Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm, in a joint venture with Hartford, CT-based Hutensky Capital Partners and Watchung, NJ-based B&D Holdings, purchased the Golden Gate Shopping Center from Forest City Enterprises for $47.05 million, or about $127 per square foot.
